Privacy Policy

Seazone Sales Coach for Google Meet ("the Extension") is provided by Seazone Tecnologia e Serviços ("Seazone", "we") to support real-estate sales agents during investor calls on Google Meet.

This policy explains what data the Extension processes, where it goes, and why.

1. Who can use the Extension

The Extension is intended for use by Seazone real-estate agents during investor calls on Google Meet. It does not enforce authentication: anyone who installs it can use the coaching features. Seazone publishes the Extension privately to its sales team and does not advertise it for general use.

2. Data we process

When you start a coaching session inside a Google Meet call by clicking "Start Listening", the Extension processes the following data:

a) Audio from your microphone

• Captured locally in the browser using the Web Speech API (webkitSpeechRecognition).
• Transcribed by your browser; the resulting text is treated as "Agent" speech.
• The microphone audio itself is not uploaded by the Extension.

b) Audio shared from the Google Meet tab

• Captured via getDisplayMedia after you explicitly grant "Share this tab with audio" permission.
• Sent as short audio chunks (webm/opus) over HTTPS to Seazone's transcription endpoint at https://hub.seazone.dev/v1/audio/transcriptions (a Whisper-based speech-to-text service operated by Seazone).
• The returned text is treated as "Investor" speech and shown in the sidebar.

c) Transcripts and meeting metadata

• Transcript lines, detected objections, sentiment scores, the meeting URL, the participant names visible in the call and the participant email addresses exposed by Google Meet's DOM are sent over HTTPS to Seazone's backend (Supabase Edge Functions) at:

  • .../functions/v1/get-extension-template
  • .../functions/v1/salvar-reuniao-da-extensao
  • .../functions/v1/extension-event
• This data is stored on Seazone's Supabase project and linked to your Seazone agent account so you can review past meetings inside the Seazone CRM.

d) Local storage

• The Extension stores only one local preference (sidebar open/closed state) using chrome.storage.local. No call content is stored locally.

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell user data.
• We do not transfer user data to third parties for purposes unrelated to the Extension's single purpose.
• We do not use user data for advertising, credit-scoring or any purpose unrelated to sales-coaching for Seazone agents.
• We do not transcribe Google Meet calls in the background. The Extension only captures audio while a session is explicitly active and only for the agent's own meetings.

4. Permissions and why we need them

• storage — remember whether the sidebar is open between page loads.
• activeTab — inject the coaching sidebar into the Google Meet tab the user is on.
• host_permissions for https://meet.google.com/* — render the sidebar inside Google Meet pages.

5. Data retention and deletion

Transcripts and meeting summaries are retained on Seazone's backend for as long as the agent's account is active. Agents can request deletion of their data by emailing privacy@seazone.com.br. Requests are processed within 30 days.

6. Security

All network traffic between the Extension and Seazone services is over HTTPS/TLS. Authentication uses Supabase JWT tokens scoped to the authenticated agent.

7. Children

The Extension is not directed at children under 13 and is not available to anyone outside of Seazone's authenticated agents.

8. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be reflected at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
